Lyn and his family enjoyed their second home in Eastham for many years before making it permanent and realizing their dream of enjoying the Cape's life style year round.
Lyn comes to The Real Estate Company at Anchor with extensive experience as a real estate and land use attorney. In addition to examining representing sellers, buyers, lenders, and title companies in real estate and mortgage closings, he specialized in municipal planning and zoning board matters. This included the representation of clients applying for residential and commercial subdivision, site plan, and variance approvals. Lyn also acted as a consultant to the savings and loan industry, engaging in investment property work-outs across the country, including rehab, rezoning, marketing and property management.
As former president of a municipal low and moderate income housing administration, he also brings a wealth of experience in dealing with a predominant issue here on the Cape.
